New York residents are charged 8%; Pennsylvania residents 6%.

Packaging

We ship no more than four blankets in a single box. Orders of five blankets or more are shipped
in multiple boxes.

Shipping and Handling

United States

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and can be to either physical addresses or PO Boxes. You will also be provided with the Delivery Confirmation number.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after the package has been left by the mail carrier, so if you have had problems in the past or have any concerns, please make arrangements with your post office to hold your package for your pickup.

International Orders

All orders are shipped Priority Mail International, as that is currently the cheapest method
available from USPS (they no longer offer the Parcel Post Airmail we used to use). We have
shipping costs for Canada built into our storefront. For all other countries please use the
"Contact Us" form on the left to get a specific quote for your country from us before ordering.

(For Estimating Purposes Only - a single blanket shipped to South America or Europe will be
in the low to mid $40 range, upper $40 range for Africa and western Asia, and the low $50 range
for the Pacific Rim.)

With each country having its own Customs laws, we unfortunately cannot predict or provide in advance what additional fees your governments (national, state/province and local) may charge. Any additional brokerage fees, duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and could be equal to or even exceed the cost of the individual items you purchased.

Canadian customers should be exempt under the provisions of NAFTA (we will clearly indicate "MADE IN USA" on the package), and are only responsible for GST and PST. However, we
cannot guarantee that the customs agents handling your package will honor that label and will
not charge you a customs fee.
