Our Privacy Policy When we shop online we want our privacy respected, and we know that you do too. That's why you can buy from us with confidence.Many businesses have generated extra income by selling or renting their customer list. These companies include not only online stores, but mail order firms and traditional "brick and mortar" stores too. That's why all of those catalogs and special offers from people you've never heard of or have ever dealt with suddenly show up in your mailbox. At Brackney Hills Knitting we view the list of who has ordered from us and what they ordered as proprietary, and definitely not something to be shared. So you can be assured that we will never provide your name, physical or email addresses, or any contact information to anyone else. "Spam" has become a major problem today, and no one wants to receive unsolicited email or offers. Once you place an order with us you do not have to worry about being hounded to make additional purchases. We do envision occasionally contacting our past customers (primarily by physical mail) whenever we make new additions to specific categories in our product line that match their past purchases. However, if you do not want to receive those mailings, simply let us know and we'll be more than happy to remove you from our list. |
